We deliver multilingual services for businesses across dozens of countries. Tell us your markets, languages and time zones. We build the team and coverage around that scope, including extended hours or 24/7 where agreed. Your proposal confirms the language mix, staffing and service schedule.

Do we need to change our helpdesk?

Usually, no. We begin with the tools you already use. Amevalue’s published stack includes Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify, Salesforce and HubSpot. Any migration or new licence is a separate decision.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on recruitment, access, knowledge quality and the scope of the work. We agree milestones for discovery, training, calibration and launch after the review. A focused operations project and a new multilingual team have different lead times.

Access and data handling are agreed before work starts. We define the systems, permissions, confidentiality obligations, processing arrangements and escalation contacts needed for the specific engagement. We confirm the relevant controls and documentation during scoping.
